Information collection and its use
Global Implementation.org uses Google Analytics to capture anonymous web traffic data and navigation patterns on the website. Collecting this anonymous website usage data helps GIS provide a more meaningful and targeted experience for those who use the website. Analytics does not use, and GIS does not send to Google Analytics, personally identifiable information (e.g. name, email address). Google Analytics does collect IP Address and device (e.g., mobile, desktop, web browser) information from visitors to the website. GIS uses Google Analytics to track resources that are being downloaded from the website (e.g., template forms, conference presentation slide-sets) so that the relative usefulness of tools and resources can be assessed.
