This session will share lessons learned, data, tools and resources from 15 years of implementation and scale-up of evidence-based models and evidence-informed service delivery in the United States, the Republic of Ireland, and Northern Ireland to improve outcomes for children and families. Information will be presented on the systems and policies needed to adopt, sustain and scale effective implementation in a variety of communities and settings. Practical tools and resources will be shared with participants and there will be opportunities for interactive dialogue with participants throughout the workshop.
