GIC 2019: Using Decision Support Processes to Improve Programmes and Outcomes

In 2014, the Multisystemic Therapy® Services Quality Improvement Council identified particular teams whose outcomes were consistently sub-par. The MST Services (MSTS) data system not only supports programs that implement MST® but also uses the data to improve itself. Tools and standards have been established to assist everyone involved in the implementation process (providers, purveyors, stakeholders) to use data for decision-making. The session will describe the processes established to address the identified problem and to improve outcomes for young people. Delegates will be engaged in a facilitated discussion.
